Kale and Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

Delicious, healthy and you don't taste the kale! Makes two servings! Delicious, healthy and you don't taste the kale! Makes two servings!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    About:
    1/2 a cup (about 2 leaves) (de-stemmed) of kale
    1 serving of Chobani Greek Yogurt Fat Free Strawberry
    1 cup (about 3-4 pieces) of frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1 cup (about 10 pieces) of frozen unsweetened red raspberries
    1 cup (about 5 slices/about a whole) of frozen unsweetened peaches
    1 whole fresh banana

Tips

You may wish to add water or ice cream (not included in calorie count) for taste or consistency.

Add some protein powder to up the protein amount! It's strictly optional. I recommend a vanilla protein powder.


Directions

Just put the ingredients in the blender (I recommend frozen first and pulse it) and then adding the kale, yogurt and banana.

Serving Size: Makes two servings (or one large one)
