This gets in a serving of fruit, and a serving of dairy -- and it has over 3 grams of fiber!

Ingredients

    2 tblsp lite cream cheese
    1 cup light soy milk
    1/2 cup frozen fruit or berries of any kind
    If your fruit is fresh, then use a couple of ice cubes when you blend.

Tips

Use any fruit or berries in place of the blueberries.


Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend and serve. If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen, you should add a couple of ice cubes.
