Ingredients

    1 apple chopped
    1 cup brewed green tea
    1/4 Hass Avocado
    1/2 lemon
    about 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups torn fresh collard leaves or other greens like kale, spinach, flat parsley, Romaine, etc...
    (Truvia or other sweetener to taste - optional)

Directions

Blend until smooth
