    Low fat cream cheese, 6 tbsp
    Whole Grain Wheat Bun, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp

in a non stick skillet cook the onions, then cook the meat with the worcestershire sauce, put a dab of the light cream cheese on the bun and the steak and onion mixture.
