Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp(remove)
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving(remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces(remove)
    *Onion Red (1 Srve = one onion), 1 serving(remove)
    *Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv, .5 serving(remove)
    *Red wine vinegar, 10 tbsp(remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 3 cup

Directions

cook apple in 2 tbsp of olive oil for five minutes remove add remainder of oil and chicken with salt and pepper
cook about five minutes remove add onions and cook until soften. add vinegar, broth, honey add chicken and apples and heat through serve over egg noodles
