Chicken Garlis Miso Soup

Introduction

Great low carb soup Great low carb soup
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Chicken- between 2 and three large thights, no skin or bones.

    Garlic-4 large minced cloves of fresh garlic

    Onion- 5 tbs of chopped onion

    Celery- 3 cups of diced

    Miso- 4 tsp of miso paste




Tips

Add pepper to taste. Can add grated cheese for low carbers


Directions

Put all ingreadients into a crock pot and cook on low for for 4-5 hours if chicken is precook. Set on high if chicken is raw

Serving Size: makes 10 1.5-cup servings
