Taco Rice

Ingredients

    Tomato Sauce, one can
    Instant White Rice, 3 cups
    Ground beef, lean, one pound
    Taco Seasoning, one packet
    Water, tap, 3 cups

Directions

Brown ground beef, boil water. Add rice to water and let sit for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients to drained, browned ground beef. When water is absorbed into rice, add everything together. Serve with a nice side salad.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.

    Most definately! I used what I had on hand. You could add jalapenos, cheese, sour cream, black beans, black olives, whatever else you put in a taco. Roll into a tortilla, you have a burrito :)
