Ingredients

    1.5 cups Almond meal
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 slivered almonds
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
    1/4 cup Applesauce
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 large banana
    2 lrg eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl ( almond meal, baking powder, cinnamon,salt,and nuts. Set aside

In a blender, blend together all wet ingredients (eggs,banana,applesauce,oil,honey.

Add wett to dry and mix well. Seperate into 12 muffin cups ( paper, silicon, or grease pan with coconut oil) and bake for 30-40 min depending on your oven...

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins

Tops should be browned and muffins should still be a bit moist when done. Let cool completly and they will continue to cook and firm up.
