Mom's Famous Meatloaf

Introduction

This is the meatloaf I grew up with it. So easy and inexpensive. Everyone who's tried it loves it. This is the meatloaf I grew up with it. So easy and inexpensive. Everyone who's tried it loves it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 pkg of onion Soup mix, dry
    1 sleeve of Ritz low fat
    1 c Ketchup
    2 large Eggs

    Topping:
    5 tbsp Ketchup
    2-3 tsp brown sugar, unpacked

Tips

It is hard to put exact measurements together for topping because I typically just squeeze the ketchup bottle three or four times and add brown sugar to get brownish color. Same thing with adding ketchup to the main mixture.


Directions

Mix all main ingredients in a large bowl with clean hands, until fully mixed. Shape into a loaf, put in bread pan. Tap small well down the center. Bake in 350 oven for 2 hours (until fully cooked). About 10 minutes before done cooking mix topping ingredients together and pour on top in well made earlier. Voila
