Warm White Bean Salad (WW)

Ingredients

    4 t olive oil
    1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
    1 onion, minced
    1/4 C each diced green and red bell pepper
    1 t dired sage
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 t each salt and pepper
    1 (16oz) can cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, sage, garlic, salt, pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 5 min. Take off the heat and stir in the beans.
