2/3 cup 1% milk
140 grams fresh fruit (any combination)
1 scoop Greenwise whey protein powder (about 120 calories)
1 teaspoon Publix clear fiber powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg or other sweet spice
6 ice cubes
Tips
Directions
IN a blender combine all of the ingredients except the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
ADD the ice cubes one at a time until completely broken up and combined.
