16 oz Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot frozen veggies
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper seasoning
2. While veggies cook, place 1 tablespoon butter in a bowl large enough for the veggies. Let the butter soften a bit on the counter or pop it in the microwave for a few seconds.
3. Dump cooked veggies into the bowl right on top of the butter and sprinkle the top with 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning.
4. Stir to distribute the butter and seasonings.
5. Taste and add seasoning if needed, then stir again.
