Ingredients

    eye of Round 1/2 unit (s) 1500 gr
    corn oil 1/2 cup (s) 108 gr
    water 1 cup (s) 240 gr
    garlic (s) 4 clove (s) 15 gr
    onion (s) 1 large pc (s) 180 gr
    pepper (s) green (s) 1/2 unit (s) 126 gr
    salt 2 teaspoon (s) 12 gr
    Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon (s) 9 g
    black peppercorns 1/4 teaspoon (s) 1 g
    1 bay leaf (s) 1 g
    red wine 1 cup (s) 220 gr
    Malta (s) 2 small can (s) 500 gr

Directions

Place in blender water, garlic, onion, red pepper, half the salt and Worcestershire sauce. Liquefies and adds to the meat. Allowed to stand 30 minutes.
In a deep pot place the oil and let it warm. The meat is removed and the dressing is placed in the pot. You will be turning until evenly browned about 10 minutes. Then add the seasoning to the meat along with the bay leaf and peppercorns. It gets to cook over medium heat and as the liquid is consumed the malt you add (about two hours). Meat should roll over every 15 minutes. Then lower the heat, add red wine and continue cooking over low heat 1 hour. The roast is done when the meat is tender and sauce thickens.
