Introduction

A satisfying, zesty dip with better-than-average nutrition. It's also completely idiot-proof. Great with raw veggies, tortillas, and all manner of crackers and crispy things. Ingredients

    1 15.5 (ish) oz can of black beans, drained
    1 8-oz package Neufchatel cheese
    1 10-oz can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, mostly drained (don't drain if you prefer a thinner dip)
    2 tbsp taco seasoning
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 tbsp fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish

Tips

* This dip is gluten-free, but check your taco seasoning! Ortega and La Preferida are GF.

* Can be made vegan with Tofutti cream cheese

Directions

Add all ingredients into food processor or (strong) blender. Puree until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro for serving.
