    sherry vinegar, 2 tablespoon(remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Coriander seed, 2 teaspoons crushed
    Thyme, ground, 1 teaspoon
    Rosemary, dried, 1 teaspoon chrushed
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp crushed
    Garlic, 2 cloves thinly sliced

Directions

Combine, cover, & refrigerate for @ least 8 hrs.
