Ingredients

    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Del Monte Tropical Fruit Salad, 1.5 cup
    *Soy Protein Concentrate, 0.5 oz

Directions

Put in Blender and liquify. Taste better after it chills for an hour but can drink it right away.
