Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

    2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef, browned and drained
    2 14 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes
    1 14 oz. can water
    4 large potatoes, pealed and cut into large cubes
    6 large carrots, pealed and cut into large chunks
    1 10 oz bag frozen peas
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 clove garlic, minced
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Kids love this! Sometimes I do all the prep work the night before and store the crockpot in the refridgerator. Just before I leave for work, I turn it on. Dinner is ready when we all get home.


Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy.
