Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    3 bananas small
    2 apples medium
    5 dates
    2 cups almonds
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup walnuts
    1 cup dried berries or raisins
    I used cranberries

Tips

these are very tasty even if a bit crumbly


Directions

preheat oven to 90C/200F
soak almonds over night
mix the first four ingredients in a food processor(i prefer chunky)
in a bowl mix the remaining ingredients
on a baking tray covered with baking paper for small bars with 3 tbsp of mixture. Bake for 90 -120 then turn and bake the same again.

Serving Size: makes 36 small logs
