Ingredients

    1/4 Cup broccoli
    1/4 Cup cauliflower
    1 Cup Spinach
    1 hard boiled egg
    1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
    1/2 cup firm tofu
    1/2 cup chow mein noodles (uncooked)
    2 Cups Chicken broth (only serve with 1/2 cup broth)
    1 Tbsp tahini paste

Tips

Can cook between 8 to 10 minutes depending on your preference


Directions

Cook all ingredients together in the Chicken broth until the vegetables are just tender. Don't over cook or this will become mushy.
