Low Carb Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    8 oz can of tomato sauce
    3 T Braggs Amino
    1 T onion powder
    1 T dried parsley
    ground black pepper to taste
    4 cloves of garlic, minced
    1/2 cupEgg Beaters
    1/2 c Kraft Parmesan cheese
    I slice turkey bacon (chopped)

Tips

Check the center of the meatloaf to be at least 160 degrees - also, I noticed the top had a "film" of sorts - when I took a spoon & moved it - it was still partially uncooked. Drain off any grease!


Directions

Mix everything together; put into a 350 degree oven in a casserole dish

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings cut evenly
