Oopsie Rolls Kelly Style

Introduction

I use these as bread or hamburger buns, for burgers, for breakfast sandwiches. I've made them into garlic bread, spreading with butter and garlic salt, broiling until toasty. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 eggs, separated
    4 ounces cream cheese
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    2 T coconut flour

Directions

Beat the eggs whites and the cream of tarter until they are stiff. Beat together the yolks, salt and cream cheese until mixed but not smooth. Leave some cheese chunks. Stir the coconut flour into the yolk and cream cheese mixture, then fold that gently into the egg whites.

Spoon the mixture onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 6 rolls.
