Ingredients
-
Black Olives, sliced (=24 olives)
Hormel original pillow pack pepperoni, 1 oz
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
Flatout Flatbread Light Original (1piece=90 cal), 2 pieces cut in half
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
1 tsp dried minced onion
2 tsp italian seasoning
Tips
Add whatever you would put onto a regular pizza. Keep the moisture level minimized since the flat bread will absorb it quickly.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut flatbreads in half and arrange on cookie sheet. Open can of tomato paste and empty into small bowl. Add spices and stir until blended.
Using butter knife, spread 1/4 of paste onto each piece of bread. Distribute 1/4 oz pepperoni, sliced olives, and 1 oz cheese on each piece.
Put sheet in oven for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly burnt.
