Potato Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    5 lbs of potatoes
    1 lb of bacon
    1.5 cups of light mayo
    .25 cup yellow mustard
    .5 cup diced dill pickle
    .5 cup onion
    12 eggs

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Cook until tender. Make sure to rinse to remove starch.
Fry the bacon crisp, drain excess fat
Boil 12 eggs, time for 15 minutes after water starts boiling. Crack eggs in cold water to make for easier peeling.
'Mix mayo, mustard, pickles, and onions together.
Mix all ingredients together.

Best eaten warm but awesome any time
