Snappy Garlic Salad Dressing

Introduction

Delicious dressing! It helps me get salads down. It does have fat, but at least there aren't any strange ingredients. 1/2 Tbsp may not seem like a lot, but it's so flavorful that you don't need any more! You may use any kind of oil and vinegar. Ingredients


    Canola Oil, 2/3 c
    Cider Vinegar, 1/4 c
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 3/4 tsp
    Dry mustard or Mustard Powder, 3/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Tips

The original recipe calls for 1 tsp sugar, which really isn't necessary. I suppose olive oil is the best oil for you, but it will solidify in the fridge; so if you're going to use it, you'll have to take the dressing out of the fridge well before you plan to have a salad. Enjoy!


Directions

Combine all ingredients, cover and chill for several hours

Serving Size: makes thirty-two 1/2 tablespoon servings
