Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Coconut Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    *Seeds of Change Certified Organic Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce, 1.25 cup

Tips

serve over 1/2 cup brown rice


Directions

sautee chicken, onion, garlic in 1.5 tbsp of coconut oil

add spinach and mushrooms and cook down

add whole jar of tikka masala simmer sauce

simmer on low for 10-15 min

Serving Size: makes approximately 5 1/2 cup servings
