32 oz. bag of frozen, country style hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Lighten this recipe up by using low sodium/fat soup, fat free/low fat sour cream, reduced fat cheese and margarine instead of butter.
