Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

    32 oz. bag of frozen, country style hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

Tips

Lighten this recipe up by using low sodium/fat soup, fat free/low fat sour cream, reduced fat cheese and margarine instead of butter.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9x13 inch baking pan, spread hash browns evenly. In mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Spread evenly over potatoes. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. Serve.
