Beef & Cabbage

    1 medium head Cabbage
    1 lb. Ground Round
    1 cup fat free Beef Broth
    1 15 oz. cans Italian Stewed Tomatoes
    1 large Onion
    1/2 tsp. Montreal Steak Spice
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Brown Ground Round and Chopped Onion. Cut up cabbage and add to beef and onion. Add remainder of ingredients bring to boil, then set on simmer for approximately 1/2 hour.

Serving Size: 8 1.5 cups per serving
