12 oz. Sprite Zero or Diet Coke
2 egg whites
Directions
Prepare above ingredients and bake by package instructions. You can use any flavor cake mix you like. For darker colored cake mixes like chocolate I use Diet Coke instead of Sprite Zero. Top with fat free whipped topping. Makes 24 cupcakes.
