Cheesy Garlic Whole Wheat Breadsticks

Ingredients

    1 1/4 Cup Water
    1/2 Cup Cornmeal
    2 Tsp Lite Salt
    2 1/4 Tsp Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast)
    1/2 Cup Smart Balance Light Butter
    1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Clove Garlic
    3 Cups Organic 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Scoop Body Fortress Whey Isolate Powder
    1 Tsp Sugarleaf Wisdom Natural Sweetleaf Stevia
    1/4 Cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Mix the yeast with water salt and sugar and let it sit a few minutes until it starts foaming (if it doesn't foam the yeast has gone bad). Then mix in 1/4 cup of butter, the whey isolate powder, the flour, and the cornmeal. Stir the dough ingredients and then knead the dough for about 10 minutes (or if you have a mixer just use the dough hook and mix on medium for about 6 minutes). If the dough is sticky mix in more flour slowly, If the dough is too dry and flaky mix in more water slowly, It should be a nice and soft ball of dough. Put the ball in a lightly oiled bowl for an hour or until it's about doubled in size. Then preheat the oven to 450 F and roll the dough out on a pan that's been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Next take the rest of the butter and the garlic (that needs minced, I usually put mine in the food processor) and mash them together. Then spread it over the dough in a thin layer. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top and bake for 20 minutes.
