Shortcut Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

    -2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half (4 pieces)
    -1/4 cup of plain bread crumbs
    -2 tbsp of basil
    -2 tbsp of garlic powder
    -1 tsp of salt
    -1/4 cup of romano cheese, or parmesan
    -1 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes with Itallian herbs

Directions


-PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees.

- Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, basil and salt in a bowl. Coat chicken with mixture. Arrange chicken in a single layer in an 8" square baking dish

- Bake for 15 minutes

- Spread undrained tomatoes over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

- Bake for 15 more minutes.
