I always have 'doubled' recipes and they are very large, just adjust for your needs. Ingredients

    Dreamfield's elbows, per serving, by non-digestible carbs, 12 serving (remove)
    *Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 5 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)
    Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 14.40 tsp (remove)
    *Best Life - Buttery Spread, 4.800 tbsp (remove)
    *Bacon Turkey (Oscar Mayer) 1 slice, 8 serving, diced

Directions

In a large saute pan, over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 3 minutes. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Season with black pepper. Add spinach, toss until warm, add the pasta to the crispy bacon. Saute for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and add the eggs, whisking quickly until the eggs thicken, but do not scramble. Add the cheese and re-season with salt and pepper.
