    1 box Long Grain & Wild Rice (original)
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    2 cups sliced onion
    1 cup carrots shredded
    1.5 cup fresh cauliflower
    1.5 cup fresh broccoli
    1.5 cup water chestnuts sliced
    1.5 cup bamboo shoots sliced
    1 tbsp beef bouillon
    1 cup water
    14 oz sliced beef steak (cooked)
    1 cup cashews


Cashews can be omitted if you need dish lower in fat... omits 640 calories, 32 g carbs, 56g of fat, and 20 g protein from total dish.


Cook Rice according to box directions ( do not add anything to rice but water... it is not figured into nutrition info)
Heat olive oil in bottom of hot wok or skillet.
Add garlic and brown.
Add onion, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots.
Allow vegetables to simmer on medium heat, stir occasionally until vegetables are tender.
Set aside.
Stir 1 tbsp beef bouillon into 1 cup water, add to hot wok or skillet.
Add beef to bouillon and simmer till beef is tender.
Add Hoison sauce, Plum Sauce, and Hot Sauce, stir into beef mixture well. (taste sauce here to make any changes... some may wish to add soy sauce for more salty taste, but it adds sodium to dish)
Stir rice into beef, mix well.
Add vegetables, mix well.
Stir in cashews, mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 18 - 1/2 cup servings.
