1c millet, cooked 1c brown rice, cooked 1c nuts/seeds
Rinse & drain all grains and nuts in a fine strainer. Toast grains (either in oven or skillet). Let toasted grains cool and store in sealed container. Grind grains in a food processor (use within 48 hrs). Use 1/3 cup ground grains and 1 cup water, combine in pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 10-12 mins.
