Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 can creamed sweet corn
    1 can whole kernel sweet corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 stick butter, softened/almost melted
    1/2 cup sugar


Directions

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown.
