Ingredients

    Flour, Pillsbury Whole Wheat Flour, 1.333 cup (remove)
    *Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp (remove)
    *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (remove)
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla..., 3 serving (remove)

Directions

!. Greas teh bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a loaf pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients. Make a well in center of dry mixture; set aside.

2. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture. Stir until just moistened.

3. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, or til a toothpich inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove loaf, and cool completely.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins or slices of bread
