1 lb boneless chicken breast
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp dry sherry
2 Tbsp liquid honey
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 lg clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
Marinade: In bowl, combine vinegar, sherry, honey, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil. coriander,garlic an pepper flakes; mix well. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Meanwhile soak 48 toothpicks or 24 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade and thread chicken onto toothpicks or skewers.
Place on baking sheet or grill; broil or grill for 2 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside.
