Watermelon Italian Ice

Introduction

I had frozen some watermelon cubes and thought it would be interesting to blend them up for Italian Ice. Turned out delicious!! I had frozen some watermelon cubes and thought it would be interesting to blend them up for Italian Ice. Turned out delicious!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Cups of Watermelon, diced
    1 Cup of Water

Tips

I froze the diced watermelon ahead of time because I was adding them to my drinks (which is also delicious). You probably can skip this step and blend the watermelon and water, then transfer to containers and freeze. If you freeze ahead of time you can eat some immediately as a little icey treat. :)


Directions

Dice ripe watermelon and freeze.
Add frozen watermelon and water to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to small containers.
Freeze.
