Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 4 cup shredded (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Black Olives, 2 cans jumbo (remove)
    Green Olives, 100 grams (remove)
    Kalamata Olives, pitted, 5 oz (remove)
    Artichokes, canned, heart quarters, 2 cans (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    *Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette, 10 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Rough chop all fresh veggies. Toss together with Vinaigrette. Serve as a complete meal. Makes a minimum of 8 servings.
