Ingredients

Gimme Lean Sausage Style, 14 oz
Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original, 12 oz
2 cans Goya Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans Goya Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup Celery, diced
1 cup Onions, diced
1 cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
1 cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
2 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 cup Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
2 can (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Tips
I serve this with a dollop of guacamole made with avocado and taco seasoning.
Directions
Saute celery, onions and bell peppers until onions are translucent. Add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning and saute 3 minutes more.
Put in a stock pot and add beans, chili powder, jalapenos and "meat". Add enough water to just cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer 30 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer an additional 30 minutes.
