    *EVOO, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"(remove)
    *Green Peppers(bell peppers) large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia), .33 serving(remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped(remove)
    Summer squash, 1 medium(remove)
    *Zuchinni Squash 1 medium (11 gm)), 1 serving(remove)
    *Portebello Mushroom, 200 gram(s)(remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup(remove)
    Endive, 1 head(remove)
    Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, .66 tbsp(remove)
