Frozen Pie Crust
6 eggs - beaten
1 Cup Thawed Frozen Spinache
1 Tomato Diced
1 Package Athenos Low Fat Tomato Basil Feta
1 Cup 2% milk
Change up the ingredients any way you like with any combination of vegetables.
In the meantime, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Pour egg mixture into baked pie crust and continue baking at 350 for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out cleanly.
