Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8oz Chopped Turkey breast meat
    2.5 cups chopped bell peppers in a medley of colors
    2 ribs celery chopped
    1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
    1/2 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1/2 tsp curry powder (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve immediately over a bed of lettuce or in a wrap or sandwich (not in calculations). Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 6 half cup servings
