Ingredients

    combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix by hand thoroughly
    Place in roaster pan
    Set oven to 350 F
    Cook covered for 50 min then remove cover and cook for 40 minutes till internal temp reaches 150.
    Let stand for 15 to 20 min before serving
