Corn Quiche

Ingredients

    4 small eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Self raising flour

    2 rashers Bacon
    1 cup grated cheese
    2 spring onion
    1 plum tomato

Tips

Cooked potatoes can be added to bulk up if you want to serve more as a dinner


Directions

Mix eggs, milk, salt and flour until smooth.

Stir in Cheese, bacon and spring onion.
Pour into quiche dish top with sliced tomatoes and bake at 220 degree c for 30 mins and stand for 10 mins then serve.

Alone or with salad

Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup or over servings
