Mushroom Chicken in Sour Cream Sauce

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper (Ground),
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp . Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend,
    3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
    1 cup onion chopped
    6- 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast,
    1 can 10/3/4 oz. Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    8 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Dry White Wine
    8 oz. Mushrooms, fresh, sliced

Tips

I served this over brown rice. It was quite tasty.


Directions

Combine salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, paprika and rub the chicken with the seasoning.

Brown the chicken, onion, and garlic for added flavor or just put it into the crockpot.

Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and wine. Pour this mixture over the chicken.

Brown the mushrooms or just stir the mushrooms into the crockpot.

Cover and Cook on Low for 6 -8 hours or on high for 5 hours.

Serving Size: 6 servings with 1/2 cup gravy
