Ingredients

1 head cabbage
2 Bell Peppers (1 Green and 1 Red)
1 Onion
Crushed red pepper to taste
3 Garlic cloves (or minced garlic works well)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
2.25 cups water
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Tips
Try dissolving the salt and garlic powder in the water before adding to the cabbage.
Directions
Cut and clean cabbage, bell peppers and onion.
Saute bell peppers, onion, and crushed red pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic taking care to not let the garlic burn.
Add cabbage, water, and remaining seasonings.
Bring water to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender but not soft.
