Introduction

I like this version of a carrot slaw - as a side dish and I use the left over for my spring roll (fresh) the next day! I like this version of a carrot slaw - as a side dish and I use the left over for my spring roll (fresh) the next day!

Ingredients

    1 Bag of PC Carrot Slaw
    1/2 Large Tomato dices
    2 T Sun dried tomatoes (finely diced)
    1 T Pesto Sauce (I use Digiono Basil pesto for calculation but I make my own ...)

    My spicy trick :
    1 T Chili SAuce, Sweet Red Thai Kitchen (sorry for process food!)

Directions

Mix all together... better if you let it sit for one hour in the fridge.
