Pinterest Kickin Cashew Chicken

Introduction

Found this on Pinterest, I took out a few things, but essentially it's the same. Found this on Pinterest, I took out a few things, but essentially it's the same.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 onion, chopped
    2tablespoon tomato paste
    .5 cup cashews
    1tsp chili powder
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1tablespoon oil
    1lb of chicken, cubed

Directions

Mix all ingredients up through oil with mixer.
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Once mixture is cooking, add chicken and cashews.
Add 1 1/4 cup water to mixture, cover and let simmer for 10mins or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serve over rice or noodles, not in calories.

Serving Size: Makes 4, 1cup servings
