2 Tyson boneless skinless chicken breast Spinach, fresh 3 cup 4 cups classic frozen mixed veggie Celery fresh 3 stalks cut up Tortilla strip salad toppings 8 tbsp (2 tbsp per serving)
2 Chicken breast boneless skinless, 4 cups of frozen mixed veggies, 1 cup fresh celery, 3 tbsp. celantro, 3 cups fresh spinach. Cut chicken into bite size cubes, add to a pot with 5 cups of water, let cook for 20 min, add all of veggies and add seasoning. I use the mrs dash vegetable seasoning. and sea salt. serve over a bed of fresh spinach. and top with the tres colores tortilla strips
