2 large egg whites,or 1/4 c. pre-packaged egg whites
1 tbsp Kraft Parmesan grated cheese
1 tbsp Salsa
1 tbsp Kraft Tex Mex cheese (7 gr)
It is a little high in sodium. Adjust your day accordingly.
Pre-heat on medium.
Mix together the egg whites and parmesan cheese.
Pour into pre-heated pan and cover.
Cook until not runny.
Add Salsa and cheese to one side and fold over. Cover for about 20 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
